No display when Intel HD drivers installed

Soo today had nothing good to do so decided to finally fix mb on old Toshiba craptop model is satellite c660-2ql 

Have no idea what CPU it originally had in bit after reflowing  some  rotten connections on board got it to post with core I 7 in It so now I have the problem with  it not getting display after installing HD graphics drivers 

Had similar problem when tried toupgrade my acer craptop 

Any suggestions how to fix this?
