I need help

Alright. So I am new to this site, but I have been following the youtube channel for almost two years now. (on and off). 

Please bare with my stupidness.

 

I want to upgrade my cpu to a better one. I currently have the amd fx8300. The problem is when I tried searching for a better cpu. I can not find any that can go along with my motherboard. I have the msi 970A-G43 and it has the amd3+ cpu socket. Now, I know I have to upgrade my motherboard. But I am wondering if there is any good cpus/mobo that can go with my ddr3 ram. I do not want to go to ddr4 ram if I do not need to. 

 

Basically, I want to know the best mobo/cpu that can use ddr3 ram.

Just some random info. My PC was a prebuilt and I only added two things to it. (Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb & 256 gb ssd)

I7 4790k should use ddr3 ram, so get a motherboard along with that and you are good to go.

Are there any cheaper cpu's lmao. Im not rich. I am looking for a cpu not over low $200
