LG part number difference.

I'm looking into this LG monitor: http://www.lg.com/za/ips-monitor/colorprime.html

But on the site I plan to buy there are two "different" 27EA83R-D and 27EA83R

There's a 20 dollars difference, the -D one being the more expensive one.

On the specs listed there's no apparent difference. But I'm not sure, I can't seem to find any information on this. (I didn't put too much effort into it though)
