id like to build a brand new pc for gaming, simple blender stuff, some photoshop drawing and multitasking

the one i currently have is a hp pavilion 500-413no (a gift from my grandmother)

most of what i used it for when i recieved it was minecraft. i want to be able to play many different kind's of games in the furure computer since the graphics card installed in the hp is an AMD Radeon R7 200 series (for the love of god never buy this grapics card its probably the crappies one you can get)

id try running nier automata and i get 20 fps

also im getting quite tired of just playing roblox and osu lmao

Right now got 1 monitor and id like to have 2 in the future, also might want to get a vr headset in the future since that is getting really popular and looks like damn fun

ive used PCPartPicker for experementing

This is what i currently have  <-- link

Iif any one thinks i should switch the mother board id like one with integrated wifi

I'm also NOT looking into OVERCLOCKING OR RGB. I'd just be happy with a better computer than what i have right now and preferably a white case

I just wonder if there is any one with more experience that could add some comments wether i should change some of the parts

My max price would be 1900 USD

Tough i dont use USD myself i live in norway and use NOK tough i expect i will have to import the parts to norway in USD

anyways it would probably take me a lot of time saving up money since im under 18 and am unable to get a job so i'll just save up money i get as gift and such.

since i am not experienced with pc building i will have the help of my sister who has made multiple in her life

Sorry for any grammar mistakes, English is not my first language

Since as you said you're under the age of 18 and you're not working, you know vr headsets are so godamn expensive and also.

If you plan to buy your parts from the u.s you will have to ship it to the u.s if anything happens to it. (they would probably pay the shipping back to norway but you'll have to pay it to the u.s) is it possible to get it locally?

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700 @3.85Ghz, MotherBoard: Asus ROG Strix X370-F, RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB 3000Mhz

GPU: GALAX GeForce® GTX 1080 Ti EXOC White, Case: NZXT S340 Elite Matte White, Storage: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB, PSU: Corsair CX650M

I would get an 8700k instead of the 7700k because they are roughly the same price, also why did you choose two nvme ssds instead of one that is double the capacity? 1070ti is good for this build but the RTX 20-series are releasing soon which means either you could get a 20series or wait until the prices on 1080s and 1080tis drop.

I wanted to say that but pcpartpicker didnt have i7-8700k's lol.

anyways i recommend you the i7-8700 no k as you said you dont plan to overclock and you don't need to also get a more expensive motherboard as you're not overclocking.

also you should get a Nvme 970 evo if you're looking for mass ssd storage, get a 860 evo or pro sata ssd instead. By saving on the ssd you should be able to get a 1080ti.

If you're not gonna overclock you dont have to get an unlocked cpu (those with the K sku's) or the z chipset motherboards

oh damn... are you really really sure you cant get it in store? I would pay a bit more money to get those locally honestly speaking.

A failure of the motherboard means you cant use your pc at all same as the graphics card and ram.

Things I would consider safer to import are drives...

Did a little tweaking to your parts list. Replaced the 7th Gen 7700K with an 8th gen 8700 non-K and a Z370 board. 2 extra cores and you don't care about OC so no need for a K. I replaced the 4x4GB with a 2x8GB RAM kit because it leaves room to expand in future but feel free to swap back if you want all your slots populated.

I swapped the 1070ti with a 1080 which after a mail-in rebate was actually cheaper than your 1070ti and gave a 100W bump to the PSU for that too. Other than that looks like a good build. Importing can be a pain though and I wouldn't recommend it if you can avoid it at all.

Yes, you probably need to get a pcie wifi card or a usb one :) or just use ethernet like me to get these speeds.Capture.PNG.4394a664244aacc63c48232e914a0070.PNG
