Internal HDD not recognized

I recently bought a DELL G7 with a 128Gb SSD and A 1TB HDD

 

The problem is that my SSD storage is maxed but I cannot find the internal HDD to store data on (it says it has not been formatted yet)

How can I activate or format my HDD without losing information on the SSD

Go to disk managment. Then right click on your hdd on the bottom of the screen, and click "new simple volume" then complete the setup and you should be good. If you have any questions tag me at @Origami Cactus
