3 laptops but not sure which one to choose.

Hey everyone,

Not sure about which laptop to choose between the following 3:

i5-8300H 8GB RAM 1000GB HDD + 128GB SSD 4GB GTX 1050 Ti 1080p 60Hz screen Price: £660: https://it-supplier.co.uk/asus-fx50...20-x-1080pixels-black-notebook-fx504ge-e4031t

i5-7300hq, 3gb 1060, 120Hz screen and 256GB ssd for £780: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07CHH1481/ref=psdc_429886031_t2_B079WYGS7Y

i5-7300hq, 6gb 1060, 60Hz screen and 128GB ssd + 1TB hdd fpr £750: https://www.box.co.uk/FX503VM-DM102...piry=1542114329&source=webgains&siteid=116019

My budget is £700. I'm honestly not sure if I should spend the extra for a 1060 as I'm not a heavy gamer though the last laptop I listed seems tempting. I've been gaming on a desktop R9 380 and have been completely fine with it's performance. I normally switch computers every 2 years so that's about how long this laptop will need to last.

Will be used for gaming, currently play games like Warframe, Just Cause 3, Borderlands 2 and Assassins's Creed. 1080p medium / high would be nice, not really bothered about ultra.

The first one has a good processor but a 1050 Ti, the second seems great except for the 3GB 1060 and the i5-7300hq and the last has the 6GB 1060 but 'only' a i5-7300hq.

Do you think there would be a big difference in gaming between a 4 core 4 thread i5-7300hq and a 4 core 8 thread i5-8300h?

It would be nice to get some advice.

Thanks for reading

Yes because within my budget these are the only options with at least a 1050 Ti.

You sacrificed a lot of things like cooling, build quality, display quality

How about PCSpecialist Vyper?

I had a look at the laptop too.  I would be paying the same amount for the i5-8300h + 1050Ti Vyper as the Asus model with a i5-7300hq + 6GB 1060.  At which point there is also an Asus with a i5-8300h + 1050Ti which is much cheaper than the Vyper.  I might have considered it more if the Vyper was based on a Sager chassis but PCspecialist seemed to have switched to a manufacturer called Tongfang.

At my budget you can't exactly have everything can you?  Cooling isn't an issue because I have a cooling pad, I don't really care about build quality as long as it literally doesn't fall apart for the next 2 years and the display seems to be average and as I'm not going to be doing any photo  / video editing this doesn't really bother me that much.
