When i am watching youtube or playing a game, I always hear a computer noise. if you search up computer noises, thats what I hear. Or like an old laptop turning on. What does this mean and how do i stop it.

Do you get any alerts on your screen? Any pop ups?

Is this like a hard drive noise? You can't really stop that, hard drives are loud by nature.
