Fans configuration question

Hi , i recently bough a new fan for my case (phanteks P400),  i have installed (the extra one)  on the top, doesn´t seems to do much , i already have one on the rear and in the front , should i leave 1 top ,  1 front and 1 rear or move the top one to the front?
