Build help please!

Looking to build a 2700x system.. with a GTX 1080 TI  Strix or Posidon GPU.. I bought a 750 watt power supply, would that be enough for this system? Not really planning to OC.. but I might, no idea.

Yea 750 watt will definitely do! it just all depends on the PSU brand really... there are also shitty quality 750 watt power supply out there

@AnsuexI made sure not to skimp on quality PSU, it's the heart of the system really, I got a EVGA Supernova 750 G3, 80+ Gold Fully modular PSU. So I don't think the quality should be a problem?

I run a stock 1080ti FE with a corsair 650w psu and it runs fine

750w is more than enough, just make sure that it's a good unit like @Ansuex said.

There are tons of good PSU's, but a bad 750w is a bad 750w.

That's a fantastic unit, Tier 1 if I'm not mistaken.

Which basically means it's as good as it gets

@MVPernula My first build, hence why I'm a little.. Skiddish, got my case coming in soon. No GPU yet, gotta wait another week or two for that,m but Mobo has integrated GPU which should get me by for a while till I get my 1080.

FYI - Nvidia are likely to be announcing new GPUs next week, so you may (it is Nvidia so is not a given) be able to get something better than a 1080 for a similar price.
