Samsung 960 pro restarting problem

after doing a clean reformat and installing windows 10 pro 64bit on my NVME Samsung 960 pro m.2 i have issue whenever i restart my pc, most of the time it doesnt boot just stuck in a black blank screen. help please.

 

installed latest bios, upgraded latest firmware for my samsung 960pro and did a clean windows reformat

 

my current pc hardware - asus z170 hero, samsung 960 pro 512gb, samsung 850 evo 500gb ssd, intel 6700k, 980ti GPU
