Dead Graphics Card

So i think my GPU has died on me

I was playing GTA Online and was experiencing lower frame rates than usual along with massive frame time spikes, especially whenever something exploded. I then shut down the PC but when i booted it back up again, nothing was being outputted to the monitor. I tried the GPU in both PCIe slots to no effect, but it outputted fine on the iGPU. I updated the driver to the most recent version which also had no effect. 

Im not sure what else this could be besides a dead GPU. Any ideas?

were you getting any type of weird colored lines on your screen when it was on?

its an XFX RX 480

and no there weren't any colored lines on screen

No it was stock speeds

Its showing up in device manager, not sure if this helps

I managed to test the GPU in my friends computer and everything works fine so I think the problem is with the power supply
