Do you have any recommended high airflow fans that I could replace my current fans with for optimal airflow and cooling?

Lots of good ones have been mentioned. I personally use Fractal Design Venturi HF fans, which is also good.

My PSU is pretty crappy, and I am going to replace it. (PSU is a power strip right LOL) a high quality one should protect my parts and keep them at stable voltages?

Yea, it's possible a bad PSU can affect it, but a PSU is not a power strip. This is a power strip. Apparently, they're not all equal

Forgive me, but I've just built a PC for the first time in over a decade. My rig runs well, but the RX580 definitely seems to be spooling up thje fans to max speed during gameplay.

Question: regarding the recommendation of the kryonaut paste, is that for the CPU or the actual GPU too?

Thanks in advance!
