I don’t understand the language as Datoteka isn’t a standard computer term. Here’s a link that might help

however SRF is either an image or animation or 3D space file type. Blender might open it but the software lightwave 3D was specifically mentioned though it’s an animation software creation tool not a video player.

.srf files for LightWave3D are Surface (aka Material) files. They contain all the information an surface of an object has for it to be realized on an object surface when opened in LightWave3D Layout or Modeler.
