I am building my first computer and want to use an apu now so I can upgrade to a volta or later card when I have more money. I am using this for web browsing, light video editing, and light gaming. Here is my current build to put it into context and I don't want to go over $450 dollars. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6Yvstg

Small edits. Chose a newer B450 board so you're more up to date and have a guarantee that your CPU will work out of the box, unlike B350. Cut some small corners RAM and SSD wise to stick to the original price. 2400G is more future proof, though. 4c/4t is kinda poor for today's games already.

Why did you go with the 2400G? Also the case seems like it costs $15 for shipping is that true?

I literally edited your build, so that's why I chose the 2400G. It also has 8 threads, which you will notice once you get a dedicated GPU. The 2200G can't really handle anything above GTX1060/RX580 level.

For your usecase, 2200g will do, $50 more won't get you better experience.
