Hey!

 

Im in love with a couple Instagram pages that makes quotes. They’re keeping the app secret but it’s an application for iOS. 

 

Anybody know now what they’re using to make these?

No idea what the app is but it'll probably be on this list FYI sometimes google might be quicker that LTT :)

Why not just use a graphic design program like Gimp or similar?

Desktop or mobile. 

Or a photoshop alternative. 

 

The mobile free photoshop on iPhone is pretty good for that kind of work.
