Windows 10 Text Formatting Issue

Looks like you put a's instead of comas:

Hello,

 

I am having a problem with Windows 10, in which every period/decimal point is replaced with the letter "a" or even multiple "a"s in some cases.  It is very confusing and annoying.  Any help is appreciated.  Attached are two examples of the problem.  The first screenshot is my steam wallet, and the second is in the task manager.5b727bc630f78_Screenshot(20).png.ad383962aada6df3d06268e5b85736d9.png

Check your region and language settings.

English is set as display language and my region is set correctly to United States
