Is this okay

So I want to upgrade my CPU and I was thinking of getting a Xeon X5450, the problem is that that is a 120W CPU, my current CPU is 65W. Long story short I can't upgrade my board, some configurations of my same computer are equipped with 95W CPUs but that's still 25W less than the X5450. The other thing I'm a little worried about it thermals, my current CPU can get to about 60o C under 100% load, and that's with new thermal paste. Would it be okay to get one.

What is actually supposed to go here? Some people put their specs, others put random comments or remarks about themselves or others, and there are a few who put cryptic statements.
