is there a huge difference in a ryzen 5 1400 and 1600?

The 1600 is a super great, well rounded processor. I wouldnt look at the 1400 from a 1200 as the difference isnt substantial enough to justify it.

I believe the performance difference the 2600 has on top of the 1600 is around 10%. Keep in mind with the 2600 you will most likely have to update your bios to support the 2000 series ryzen processors.
