Missing AMD Backplate?

I recently bought the Corsair h55 liquid cooler and I realize that it doesn't come with an AMD backplate. Apparently, I am supposed to use the 'stock backplate'. My question is: Does the backplate comes with the CPU or motherboard?

Amd stock back plate is pre installed with the motherboard

Misread. Sorry! Amd motherboards have their own stock cooler backplate that comes preinstalled on motherboards.

 

The corsair backplates for amd look similar to this...
