Front panel 3.0 usb arent working!!!!

So i recently got a Phanteks p350x and i put the parts from my pc into it. Everything works fine except for the usb 3.0 in the front of the case. I made sure that the usb cable in the case was fully plugged into the motherboard and everything but when i try to connect any usb into the usb port, it doesnt read it or it considers it as an error or malfunction. It keeps getting the “unknow usb (link in compliance mode” or “(device descriptor request failed)” but when i connect the same usb into the usbs that the mobo has, the computer read it just fine. I have tried everything they tell me to do in this website to fix it but still doesnt work: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Fix-for-Unknown-USB-Device-Device-Descriptor-Request-Failed/td-p/5973953

Is it just that the case is defected or is there a fix to this? Please help. Thank you

If it worked with your other case, but not this one, then A) your bins on the header were bent/damaged when removing the old one and/or plugging in the new one, or B) the front panel on the case could be faulty.

I connected my mobo back into my old pc case which also has usb 3.0 ports in the frint and it works and reads my usb drive fine. So i guess the case is the problem?

seems to be the logical conclusion. No other variables are present beyond the case, so it seems the new Case is faulty for the front panel USB ports.
