You can buy a USB Bluetooth dongle. I'll try to find one for you.

If you are not sure if you already have BT, look at the Device Manager to see if it is in there somewhere.

 

As ooiman92 mentioned, you can buy a Micro USB BT adapter that plugs into any open usb.  Asus makes one and so do many other companies.

 

 

Also, some wifi cards come with BT built in, like this Intel PCIe a/b/g/n card
