I don't want to go over $900 dollars but cheaper is better. I don't think it is worth it to wait for new video cards because it is already a good deal on the card and the cards I would get wouldn't come out until later.

Yah I forgot to say I have an 5400 rpm 4tb external hard drive that I could use or I will keep that until I run out then buy a hard drive

If youre planning on trying to play games with that you'll face many problems like freezing and crashes.

 

Look into getting at least a 1TB Blue drive. They only cost around 40-50$.
