if anyone can look at this. would really appreciate it. idk what it means. i upgraded my ram from 8 to 16 gb. i bought a new battery as well but im just lost at this point. i have a 1tb hard drive but only 300gb is in use.

Is it slowing your PC down? Try sorting the programs by disk usage by clicking the box that says 100% disk

Without being able to see the entire picture, it is hard to say what is hogging all the hard-drive activity but if you sort it like @xEmuu says, then you will be able to see what is being so greedy with your drive.
