I wanna build a full rgb gaming pc with following main parts:

1. core i7 8700k
2. 1080ti (aorus extreme)
3. 32gb ram(vengeance rgb)
4. 512gb ssd (970 pro)
5. 10tb hdd (wd gold)

suggest me a full glowing pc build with these constants...thank u. U can suggest better component instead of those 5 if u want

So you just need case, PSU, mobo and cooling? And with unlimited price I assume as you haven't said anything about that. Do note that mobo is the most important part with RGB. The different methods for controlling rgb aren't 100% compatible with each other.

If you have all the budgets why not go for X299. 
U can go 6x 16GB RGB Rams.

He said gaming pc. He doesn't need that much ram. Also the 8700K is currently the best cpu for gaming.
