is it worth buying z400 for 100 euro? i will change cpu and put a r9 270x in it it all together will bet under 200 is it a good price? or not and do any of you know the ph z400 psu mod?

An X99 motherboard for 80 euro? That's a real steal, I don't care what motherboard it is as long as it works.
