Overclocking i7 8550u

Hi, I have laptop with unlocked i7-8550u and I want to overclock it. Can anyone tell me what should I do?

no it's locked. Look at the core multiplier after selecting the 'core' subcategory, and you'll see that the Multipliers are greyed out. Tweaking that is how you would overclock a properly unlocked processor without using the BIOS

I wana to increse turbo boost, so it will be runing at about 2,5-3 GHz at all cores

how hot does it get during heavy use?

Undervolt the CPU then. Basically, get Prime95's small FFT test running, and start applying negative number to the Core Voltage Offset. I suggest starting at -0.01V (make sure you click the 'apply' button to your right every time you touch something), and dropping that number by another 0.01V every 10mins of stable operation. Once it crashed, call the last stable voltage, increase that by 0.03V, and call that fully stable (you could run Prime95's small FFT and blend test for long hours to prove stabily alternatively, but I feel like that's a massive waste of power).
