Please Help!

Hi

 

I bought a laptop a couple of weeks ago and I can't move my mouse when I am pressing down keys. I have looked around the internet for solutions but I haven't found any that work. I don't have the touchpad setting in my control panel as some solution says I all my drivers are updated. Please help! My laptop is the Jumper EZ Book Pro. I don't know if this helps but I am including a screenshot of my mouse driver details.
