First check that all your display cables are plugged in and your display(s) has power.

Check your mobo. to see if all psu cables are plugged in and make sure your graphics card has everything plugged in.

Try moving your sticks of ram in the other dimm slots.

Try another pci-e slot on your mobo. and make sure your gpu is fully slotted in, you shouldn't be able to see the gold contacts.

These are only a few things but hopefully one will work.

Yes all cables are plugged tried one memory stick, but can't change position because that ram will interfere with the CPU cooler also the GPU will interfere with the ram if I change it but I've replugged it.

Assuming you used the little alert speaker for the mobo., does it beep when you turn on the system? I'm pretty sure that most modern custom built systems will give a beep when it turns on. Mine does.

Ok, anything shorting the mobo. or other componet (like a screw)?

I'm assuming your monitor works fine.

Try and reset your cmos (Google it)

Unplug any devices (storage, optical drive, etc.) that wont effect your system from booting up.

Try another graphics card if you can.

Test your power supply (connect a paperclip to the green and black on the big 24pin cable, you don't have take anything apart).

If you have any other DDR4 ram, try that instead. Or try only one stick at a time with what you have on random slots that are accessible.

Hold on, you have a B350 mobo. and 2nd gen Ryzen?

So unless your mobo. has a new bios flashed, B350, X370 and A320 motherboards do not have out of the box support for the 2nd gen Ryzen chips. I myself had this problem and luckily I had originally started out with an A8-9600 which I used to flash the new bios for my R3 2200G, then I sold it for a terrible price with my best cooler. I would assume that you didn't start out with a 1st gen Ryzen, Athlon, or A series cpu for AM4, and don't have any of those chips. Luckily, AMD recognized this issue and they offer a Book kit program which they send over a cheap 1st gen AM4 APU so you can download the latest bios for your mobo., then send it back. If you don't want all this trouble, just buy an A6-9500, make sure you can return it, then use it to flash the latest bios for your mobo. Or return your motherboard, and get this instead https://www.amazon.com/Motherboards-ROG-STRIX-B450-F-GAMING/dp/B07FKTZC4M. It's basically what you have but with a newer chipset with support for new features. Or get something cheaper if you'd like. Your PC doesn't have any problems, it's just that complication with the cpu. Hope this info helps and good luck with your PC :)
