Best am4 mobo for 60-120 euro for reasonable overclocking

It has to have some decent features and has to be able to oc the 2700 a good bit

It's a little over budget but I think this is a decent feature-packed board. I also had good experience with ASUS in the past. I can't tell you much about OC'ing. It depends on the chip too, but Ryzen does not OC particularly well anyway.

It's the port cover that is plastic. The heatsink is metal. Most higher-end boards have a plastic shroud covering the ports.

I have a Asus B350 prime plus which i like a lot, currently running my 1500x @ 3.8GHz @ 1.35v DDR 4 2666 with zero issues. i originally tried asrock and thought am4 pro board was shit.

not that cooler. Ryzen 2000 series get super hot past 4.1GHz due to sharp increase in voltage used to maintain stability.

Looking at PCPP DE, the X370 Prime Pro, for €135. Below that, the boards are varying degrees of crap.

:)

What I mean with full potential is as high as possible while staying under 1.4/1.45V and under 80 degrees

Forget 1.4V, 212 evo will break that 80C temperature instantly with that voltage. More like 1.35V max for a 212 evo and 80 degrees temperature target, most likely lower.

Unless you dont care about Blender temperatures and instead opt for temps under normal use (say, a game), then 212 evo is enough (if you bear with the noise).

Fan noise from 212 is minimal and Temps are fine (65C) when I put it on 1.4V with the x4 870k wich has a 95w tdp at stock settings, But I'll have to see it when I get the cpu, let's just keep it at mild overclocking, so I guess a b450 tomahawk would get the job done? Or should I get the asrock fatal1ty b450?

How much does B450 Tomahawk cost? In terms of overclocking, it's about as good as Asrock's Gaming X, Killer SLI and X chipset K4, Asus's B350-F and Gigabyte's Gaming K5, while being behind the Asus X370/X470 Pro and Gigabyte's Gaming 5 and K7

Dont buy cheap Asrock boards, they seemed to switch from On-semi mosfets to Piko mosfets, in other words a downgrade.

I can get one for about 105-110 euro in my country, if it's really that good, it's a steal?

if it's the cheapest among boards I've listed, then yes it's the best board for you. Wont call it a steal though, it's not THAT good.
