Formatting second hard drive

Hello guys i just got this from my Girlfriend on their office she gave it to me and i want to Format it because it has Windows folder, i want to clean all the files, but how can i format this thing?

Get an IDE/Sata to usb Adapter plug it in, right click, format drive

For fast wiping:

Plug in, open explorer, right click on the drive, click format

 

For Secure wiping:

Download Darik's Boot and Nuke

Yes you can format it with the settings as they are

You can give the drive a name at Volume label
