I am from europe, i will try to find my pices but  i need some configurations.

And yes I need a monitor, but idk what, bcs I think buying a 1060 and idk what monitor( 60hz 144hz 120hz 165hz 240hz)

And here in europe we have a 1060 at a price of a 1070, so thats why the budget is low...
