I have a huge question about the Nvidia shield tv. Do you have to own GeForce now to play any games what’s so ever. You can purchase steam games but in order to play them do you have to have the GeForce now service on your NVIDIA shield TV? So in the future when they charge for GeForce now again I will have to pay for he game plus the GeForce now service? I’m confused.

You don't need Geforce now, unless ypu want to play Geforce now games.

Come Bloody Angel

Break off your chains

And look what I've found in the dirt.

Pale battered body

Seems she was struggling

Something is wrong with this world.

Fierce Bloody Angel

The blood is on your hands

Why did you come to this world?

Everybody turns to dust.

Everybody turns to dust.

The blood is on your hands.

The blood is on your hands!

Pyo.

Nope, you don't need Geforce Now to play other games.

You can stream from Steam on your PC to your device, using 'Gamestream'. You can also buy/play Android games by downloading them from the google play store or from the Nvidia games app, and you can buy & stream games via Geforce Now.

IIRC any games you buy on Geforce Now, you are also emailed a Steam key for he game, i'm not sure if this works in reverse though
