About the Bitfenix Spectre Pro:

 

Really nice and good fans, but a bit loud above 60-70% rpm. They do really move air then though.

Yes you can use 4 pin RGB LED's and just leave the last 5th pin unpopulated, just note the connector so it doesn't hit the 5th pin.
