why is my pc keeps spawning black screen

hey, im here wondering why is my screen keeps on turning black and any given moment in time.
it keeps on happening after i change my gtx 660 2gb gpu into r9 390 8gb, can somebody walks me through how do i properly setup my pc back to its normal state.
 this is my rig

intel i7 3770

asus p8 z77-v lx2 mother board

corsair tx750m psu

amd sapphire r9 390 nitro 8gb

*noted my display monitor is ben q g232 that only have dvi port for display.

 

i hope that anyone here could help me with this problem.

I would try a reformat of your PC and install new drivers for your GPU. You could always just remove the old ones, but I assume you tried that already.

ive done that, and now its kinda working smoothly for just browsing internet and watching youtube, after ive lowering the core voltage of the gpu, now im trying to fired up some games. im kinda already lost hope with everything if it still not working. godammit MHW is coming out to pc and now this happen. why now. -_-'

well now my pc have shutdown and it seems my gpu isnt responding at all. can someone help me with this.the fans nor the light on the gpu light up, did i just burns my gpu. OMG!! im dead.
