bottleneck Need help with bottleneck problem.

Hello. My pc config is i3 4160(3.60 Ghz) 8 gb DDR3 Ram, Gigabyte H81M-S2PV and a Gigabyte windforce GTX 1050ti. Now most of the game's i play like GTA 5,Farcry 5,Metal Gear ,just cause 3 and mostly every game i never get upto 30 Fps, and sometimes the frame rate falls down to 10 or low then i have to wait a few moments then it goes back up. I'm now playing pubg Mobile using the emulator im getting 22-27 fps , where my friend with the same 1050ti gets 60 fps he just has a 6th gen i3 and 8 gb ddr4 ram. So my question is do i need to change my cpu or the whole system to remove this problem.

JC3 and Far Cry 5 are both pretty damn demanding.

As for GTA, not sure what's going on there.

First you should try doing something free, like removing your Windows and re-installing.

Some of this sounds more like an issue more towards drivers or other software than the hardware configuration. GTA V and Meta Gear Solid V (I'm assuming) shouldn't be hard to get 60 FPS on that setup.
