Hey guys, I am building a pc (mostly from used parts) and was wondering that what will bottleneck my pc.

The setup is going to be Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 (later maybe a bit overclocked), Gtx 770 2gb, 600W psu, 8gb ddr2 RAM, Asus p5k motherboard, Kingston A400 120gb ssd

CPU will bottleneck the system.

The oldest generation CPU's on intels side i would recommend is Sandybridge (2nd gen). For example a 2700k.

While there is now a noticable difference between the performance of a 2700k system and a 8700k system, the Sandybridge generation is still perfectly capable of handling modern titles. So if your going used, the oldest you want to get is Sandybridge (2nd gen)
