I just wanted to say I got it fix by buying a prepaid visa card and then registering it on my Gmail.

ok so i recently moved to america from south africa. i just got my new memo pad fhd 10 and now i have a problem . all of the apps that are us only still does not work and says not in your country ? does anybody know how to fix this i dont want to make another account i have to much linked to it now.

Could try a VPN like hotspot shield.  If its google play I believe you need to contact google play support, dont take my word for it though
