Need Help

Hey...am a Nigerian and i have always wanted to build a Gaming PC.. but unfortunately, things are too expensive down here

I bought ;

A Dell Optiplex 760 With a C2D E7200@ 2.50ghz for about $125

A ddr2 ram 3Gb (1x3) @800ghz for about $10 each

And A Radeon hd 4890 2Gb for about $100 (used)

(Naira was converted to Dollar)

With all this, my gaming experience is still very poor

And trust me..making/getting upgrades are 'Very Expensive' Here.... I really need help on what to do

Turn down settings to low in games. Should help. If the game you're having a poor experience with it allows mods, try find performance boosting mods for it, for example minecraft has a performance boosting mod called Optifine.

Anything on the used market? Unless you're planning to make a platform upgrade in the near future, no point spending big bucks on a new current gen GPU.

Watchdogs 2 I'm not surprised you're getting bad frames in that. It challenges modern hardware to some extent.

FarCry3, turn off vsync if you have it on, lower your graphics settings to the lowest you can.

COD MW3 idk about, probably just too demanding for your hardware.

Dunno if you've got any recommendations For a fair/good gaming pc?

I would say that you should look for games that will run on your hardware instead of making your hardware run so hard.

Robocraft (its free on steam)

Minecraft

COD MW1

 

Loads of others out there that would play but these are just my suggestions.
