The real difference here wouldn't be the brands, but rather the model of chosen motherboards.

Ryzen/AMD(current generation) motherboards come in tiers of what they offer.

 

Here:

So the most basic model you can get is the A320.

Choose which model of AM4 you want, then choose which board with specifications suited for your needs.

B350 is what most average builds are for since they basically have everything you can ask for unless you're going for multiple GPU's and so on.

Are you going for budget or no? How much do you have to spend on the motherboard?

 

Personally I recommend ASUS, but that's my opinion.
