i wont get a gpu below gtx 7xx its just too old and power hungry.

are you asking for what games would go well on a 690, or what settings people would recommend or something else?

Interesting. I have one lying around and was just going through a list of CUDA cores per GPU and found that the 690 is quite high up on that (https://gist.github.com/cavinsmith/ed92fee35d44ef91e09eaa8775e3284e). I do drone image processing on Pix4D and that utilizes CUDA for processing faster. How good is the card for this, if you have any idea?

I mean it's not surprising nobody is buying it, it's just 'outdated' hardware, considering its power requirements you'd need a beefy 550w PSU and be lucky enough to find games that support SLI.

 

I don't think a GTX 690 nowadays is worth to still be in use, specially for gaming.
