Alright so with my thermals being perfect at where i want them im at about ~3.9 ghz at 1.09v

but when i run realbench at my max ram (64gb) i get some  micro stuttering for about a second a few times a minute. (it doesnt full on crash like 4ghz was)

is that fine or should i start downclocking?

my h100i gtx keeps it at about 80c at these levels (room temp is 25c) and 37c idle

WOW your at 80c at 1.09v? My 5930k at 4.5 ghz @ 1.3v never goes above 76C but i have a 360mm vs your 240. The 240 is kind of worrying to me, what case do you have?

x99 deluxe

1000w psu

64gb ddr4

im using an xmp profile so the block is at 102

ive been seeing people with much higher clock temps like you say.

The h100i gtx uses 120mm fans

my case has 2 140mm intake and 1 140mm in the back.

Hrmmm, I dont overclock using the BLCK im just multiplier ocing for 44, dont like what it does to all other features.

well updating my bios didnt help.

do you think anything else could be wrong?

new cooler doesnt seem exactly aligned with the differences in volts/ghz to temps even with a non custom loop

I use that cooler so i can say it does a great job with my 5930k, but yeah besides trying Multiplier overclocking instead of BLCK overclocking and adjustments, your sol
