my XFX RX 560 has a feature called Auto Load Sensing Fan that prevents the fan from spinning until a certain temperature is reached.

Many say it expands the lifetime of the cooler but it makes me paranoid of having 54-58 C as idle temps.

I've tried manually turning on the fan using Radeon Settings, but no avail.

XFX is generous enough to service it or send in a new cooler

however

I get the feeling that it's software or driver related issue, because the fan really does spin when heating up.

(Drivers are up to date)

I need opinions if this is a defected card or something on Radeon Settings is bugged
