HELP PC Suddenly EXTREMELY slow

hey guys,

Specs:

i7 6700k

asus h170 pro gaming motherboard

16gb ram

be quiet 700 watt psu

silent base 600 case (reset button on front panel was blinking today, never seen that happen before)

WD 2tb HDD

samsung evo 750 250gb SSD

zotac 1070 amp extreme (overclocked +200 clock and memory)

memtest all ok

all drivers were the newest

virus scans show nothing

tried restarting, rebooting hard reset and so on.

it might be important, i was updating arma 3, when it finished it showed an error message and shortly after everything started to get reallyyyyy slow.

if you think updating Arma 3 may have anything to do with it, you might try to uninstall it and see if that works.

It could potentially remove the cause, but I'd check more into your hard drive or other possibilities. Maybe a windows update? How are your temps?
