I'm currently building a pc with intel i7 4970k and an evga 780 ti would a 360 rad 60mm thick with push pull sp120 would it be enough to cool the system? or should i add another 120 thin rad?

so what do you really have? it does make some differences in solutions.

it'll depend seriously on your overclocking skills, hardware and goal temp/noise tolerance.

usually a 360x 60 is just enough for a CPU/GPU loop and decent fan speeds for quietness.

adding that extra 120 will wreck the look, add failure points and make tube routing a spaghetti

nightmare. maybe 3°-4° gain in temp, but very probable.

really depends on your overclock voltages, and how efficient your radiator/blocks are.

so what about if i ran a 80 mm thick rad instead because it would be more surface area than an extra 120mm 25mm? because this pc will be doing some editing so i don't really want to push the overclock a lot, like maybe 3.8 Ghz?

Do you have the 4930k or 4770k?

4930k sorry :P
