Network Sharing

So this is my desktop on the network, is there any way i can duplicate this so i can have a separate network drive still running on the one machine as i would like to setup a folder that my printer saves all scanned documents to that is easily and quickly accessed

You can set up drive sharing then tell your printer to save to the shared drive. Then the folder of that drive should show up in that menu.

the folder shows up within that drive which i am currently using for multimedia sharing, i would like a different network computer for the printer but the same physical computer

If there's a way to spoof two computers on a network from 1 computer in this fashion I have yet to hear about it.

 

This is what a NAS is for. A network centralized storage location for any machine to access for anything at any time. You could assign it as a save location for the printer as well.
