New mild gaming pc

I am looking to build a mild gaming pc as I am trying to build as cheap as possible for now I am just getting into pc gaming and for now I am only playing Minecraft my current confit keeps dropping frame rate so bad that at times it is unplayable I am currently running a dell oem mb Intel core 2 duo with 8g ddr3 1tb hdd 1g pci graphics and a 1080hd monitor any recommendations would be awesome
