I can't find voltage reducers anywhere I have a NF-F12 and I want to make it 7v, i lost the low noise adapter so im trying to find another 7v adapter, but i cant seem to find it anywhere. Anybody have a link? Im fine with either NCIX US newegg or amazon. no other sites. unless really necessary.

You could do a quick calculation to see what resistor you need for the job. You don't need a voltage reducer.

V=IR

(Voltage = Current x Resistance)

Or:

Compatible with Windows 95

also you may not want to look up "voltage reducer" and look up fan resistors.

NF-F12 aren't 3pin fans.
