Can i run 2 seperate workstations using one pc?

Hello, i was wondering if i can play fortnite and anything else from one pc but with seperate monitors being different systems(ie: 2 keyboards and 2 mice, 2 monitors) 

 

I have a 8700k 

EVGA 1080ti

32gb ram

NZXT kraken 62

pretty sure U will need another graphics card, and then use a VM for the other machine, go look up the video 7 gamers one pc.

Yeah you will need a second GPU, a VM program to allocate the rss between the two, though some games may act a bit funky with VMs at times.
