And forgot to mention, that if someone wants to recommend monitors, recommend freesync monitors cuz I will get rx580. And someone said that freesync adds input lag, but nobody have ever said that how much. Does it add latency between keyboard and display or what?

I'd strongly recommend a VA panel, both Samsung and MSI make good quality VA curved panels for low cost, with FreeSync.

The colors and viewing angels I'd say help in gaming, easier to see, etc.

I'm unaware of added input lag due to freesync, if there is I doubt it's noticeable.

Already said before, but in another 'related' perspective, capped GSYNC/FreeSync is very forgiving while being low lag -- early/late frames have the potential to be displayed immediately anyway. With enough headroom (e.g. 138fps at 144Hz) there's plenty of margin for frametimes to be early/late and there's practically never such a thing as a "too late to be on time for VSYNC". In other words, frame-capped VRR is almost the ideal "low-lag VSYNC ON" experience.

Capped GSYNC/FreeSync: Requires said VRR display. Efficient. So far, the ultimate low-lag "VSYNC ON" experience. (If not using strobing)

Don't worry about it then. Lag added by FreeSync is negligible.

I am absolute beginner at these things, could you tell me moments where input lag may affect the gameplay? Or is there those moments? And am I able to turn freesync off?

There is no noticeable lag added by FreeSync, that's the point.

"noticeable" ok, but how much it adds lag and in what case?

Not enough that I can reliably measure it, so no more than a few milliseconds. It would be the same in all cases, it is not situation-specific.
