8K USD? Is that a typo? At that point you get diminishing returns, so I think you're much better off building a decent 2-3k pc now, and upgrading lets say 3-5 yrs later down

Where are you located and what is the budget in local currency? I ask because a lot of people ask for a build in USD and then half the parts aren't available for them locally so it's always good to make sure.

Do you really mean 8K because, as pointed out above, that won't net you much more, if any, performance over say a 3K build.

Do you need peripherals? Monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc? If not what monitor do you have? No point in suggesting a 1080Ti if you've got a 720p monitor with a 60Hz refresh rate.

Any storage or anything you'll reuse for anything from the old build?

Do you mean 8k as in 8000 dollars? You're better off building a 3k pc and then upgrading it later along the line line as new products get released. Also new gpus and Intel 9000 series coming out soon
